Role Overview:
The position is responsible for managing commercial operations, contract execution, customer coordination, and providing end-to-end support to the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, execute, and manage contracts for key customers.
- Customer Retention & Relationship Management
- Customer Retention
- Handle customer account reconciliation and ensure timely follow-up on receivables.
- Manage transit insurance claim documentation and coordinate with insurance agents for claim processing.
- Support tender documentation preparation and submission.
- Interact with clients for LC (Letter of Credit) validation and establishment.
- Prepare and submit Bills Discounting documents related to LC-based sales.
- Coordinate ISO Audits / IMS Team / Safety Training activities for Finance, Sales & Marketing departments.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate directly with customers.
- Liaise with the technical team to collect and share technical information with customers.
- Follow up on customer requirements and offer Quality Inspection Plans (Solar Modules & Solar Cells).
- Prepare and execute Bank Guarantees as per contractual requirements.
- Provide technical and commercial support to the front-end sales team.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in contract management and commercial documentation.
- Sound knowledge of LC, Bank Guarantees, Bills Discounting, and receivables management.
- Experience in tender handling and customer coordination.
- Familiarity with ISO/IMS audit processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
