Background
Engineering Degree (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial)
Experience 15+ years of experience in process-driven manufacturing
industries (e.g., automotive, electronics, FMCG), with a strong
focus on plant management, operational excellence, and
process optimization.
Key Responsibilities ● Manage the operations of a cutting-edge PV manufacturing
facility with 3.1 GW capacity and 4 production lines.
● Develop and implement process-driven systems to maximize
production efficiency and ensure high-quality output.
● Apply best practices in manufacturing, including Lean, Six
Sigma, and other process improvement tools, to optimize
workflows and reduce costs.
● Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance
productivity, minimize downtime, and ensure timely delivery
of targets.
● Oversee and improve the supply chain processes, including
inventory management, material handling, and logistics.
● Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and
environmental standards.
● Develop and execute production schedules aligned with
business goals and client requirements.
● Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a
culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
● Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs) for
production, quality, and efficiency to drive informed
decision-making.
● Establish strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D,
quality assurance, and maintenance teams to streamline
operations.
